Tender description
Portsmouth City Council has awarded a contract for the provision of Substance Misuse Community services. The service consists of three elements as follows: 1. Community support covering medical and psychosocial interventions; 2. Supported Housing covering the supported housing pathway; 3. Advice and support Centre focusing on homeless individuals suffering from substance abuse. The contract will commence on 1.11.2016 and will be let for a 3-year period with the option of an extension of up to 2 further years. Portsmouth City Council, ‘the Authority’, has awarded a contract to deliver community based Substance Misuse support and rehabilitation services for Vulnerable Adults dealing with drug and alcohol addictions. The service consists of three elements as follows: 1. Community support covering medical and psychosocial interventions; 2. Supported Housing covering the supported housing pathway; 3. Advice and support Centre focusing on homeless individuals suffering from substance abuse.
