Hillingdon Council 0-19 Healthy Child services. Integration of Provision. The successful provider will: — Deliver a Healthy Child Service consisting of a skill mix fully integrated team across the 0-19 age with one management system. This will include protocols, meetings, training; — Establish excellent working relationships and work in collaboration with EIPS and where relevant develop networking opportunities for joint training, reflection, planning and delivery; — Establish excellent working relationships with all stakeholders with a notable focus on transition points between services; — Develop robust data and information sharing agreements between key stakeholders in collaboration with the Local Authority.
