The Customer is looking for an innovative user friendly ICT system for the Children’s and Young People Service. The successful solution must deliver the Customer’s key outcomes and requirements as listed in the Solution Requirements, and in line with current legislation. The Customer will consider all possibilities, and wishes to explore the benefits of either a locally hosted or a cloud-hosted provision, which will fully facilitate and support mobile and offline working.
