Tender description

We need reliable external contractors capable of delivering the required calibre of workmanship on time, to cost. We also require contractors to meet our standards in terms of behaviour, liaison, and reporting. Finally we have to procure these services in a way that meets our obligations under Public Sector Procurement Regulations. This DPS will allow us to do that properly, fairly and openly with suppliers. Full or partial kitchen refurbishments. Works to include the removal and disposal of the existing kitchen including flooring and wall tiling. Remedial works to walls and floors as required. Installation of the new kitchen, wall tiles and floor covering. Re-decoration works.
