North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is managing this procurement process for and on behalf of NHS England - North (Yorkshire & the Humber) seeking to procure a Diabetic Eye Screening Programme for Bassetlaw.The Diabetic Eye Screening Programme will aim to reduce the risk of sight loss amongst eligible people with diabetes by the prompt identification and prompt onward referral for effective treatment if necessary of sight threatening diabetic retinopathy, at the appropriate stage during the disease process.
