Tender description

Housing related support is intended as an early intervention and preventative programme, seeking to support the health and wellbeing of Cheshire East residents with support needs, preventing them from falling into further crisis and reducing potential demand for more expensive social care, health services and for statutory homelessness services. A focus will also be on people who have been in homeless services for some time to offer them sustainable support and accommodation packages. The aim is to significantly reduce the numbers of people who have unplanned moves between homeless services and ensure people have a suitable service which adequately meets their needs.
