Tender description

Design and construction of 125 N. New build residential dwellings (a part 4, part 5, part 8/9 storey development) of varying tenures together with 277 m2 (minimum) of affordable workspace. Delivery completed with associated car parking, refuse, and cycle store, drainage, mains services, infrastructure, external hard and soft landscaping and the like including a new sub-station on site, communal lift installations (4 No) and public realm and external works surrounding the sites. 55 No Are to be private sale, 51 No Shared ownership and 19 No as affordable rent.
