Panel Management Strategy for Civil Asset Recovery - Soft Market Testing City of London Police (CoLP) are looking for suppliers to participate in soft market testing to support in a concept of helping victims of crime recover their assets. CoLP are trialling a new method of recovering assets for victims of fraud, we are looking to work with partners from private industry such as Solicitors and Private Investigation firms to create a process that will allow these firms to pursue a civil method of recovering assets for victims of fraud. In order to achieve this we will need a team of people to work with us on this and pursue some initial cases to prove this concept. CoLP are primarily investigating whether using a panel management strategy as a central method of coordination is possible and whether this is likely to be the best option available.
