Tender description

The Local Authorities of Westminster City Council (WCC), Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) and London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF) as the Contracting Authority, expects to put in place a new Contract/Contracts across the three boroughs to support the statutory responsibilities for the provision of information advice and guidance services for young people, as well as monitoring and tracking of all young people aged 16-19 years old (up to 25 for those with a learning difficulty or disability) as detailed in Section 68 of the Education and Skills Act 2008. It is anticipated that the proposed Contract/Contracts would be awarded for an initial term of two (2) years, with an option to extend for up to a further two (2) years. Any extension will be exercised at the discretion of the Authority. It is proposed that the scope of these Services be split into the following Lots: — Lot 1: Tracking and Surveys — Intended destinations and activity Surveys (year 11 — year 13). This would be designed and based on outcomes. — Lot 2: Careers Information Advice and Guidance Delivery — providing careers advice and guidance for young people who have learning difficulties or disabilities.
