An Post is seeking to enter into a Single Framework Agreement for the provision of Media Buying services for a period of 3 (three) years with an option to extend for a further 2 (two) years. Scope of work: — Strategic media planning; — Implementation of media planning; — Media negotiation; — Media buying across all media; — Post campaign analysis; — Analysis of industry and bespoke research; — Analysis of sales data for the purposes of informing planning and strategy; — Implementation and analysis of social listening to inform planning and strategy; — Analysis and negotiation of sponsorships; — Administration and vouching of invoicing; — Planning and buying for digital advertising including web, pay per click search and social media; — Management of and planning for social media content and promotions; — Access to syndicated research to which the agency subscribes; — Value pool. Note: The successful bidder resulting from this tender process will be required to participate in Media Audit processes.
