Winter Maintenance at Community Properties

Tender description

For the provision of Winter Maintenance Services to the community properties at Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust which will permit the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians through out the Trust sites listed within the schedule. The aim is to ensure that buildings that are operational 08.00-18.00hrs shall be cleared and ready for use prior to opening time and maintained throughout the day in order to meet the aforementioned standard up until closing time. Buildings that are operational 24/7 it is anticipated that areas will be maintained prior to shift changeover times being 07.00 hrs and up until 21.00hrs last shift change ensuring that the aforementioned standards are maintained. It should be noted that these times are indicative only and may be adjusted according to site operating methods and costs will be adjusted accordingly.
