Lambeth Council has awarded contracts to 4 organisations to design and mobilise a variety of targeted family support for families of children under 5 who have additional needs in order to build their resilience and help them manage day-to-day, and so achieve the best possible outcomes for their children. This relates to work which is not sessional or time bound, and which depends on agreed actions being completed and outcomes achieved for a child or family. This may include ongoing case work, family support or outreach and engagement work. We are particularly interested in commissioning programmes and initiatives with a firm evidence base which are shown to have significant impact on outcomes.
