SUSPENDED PROJECT (see clarification)- to be replaced with a new project by close of business today 23/08/2016. Elmbridge Borough Council is inviting companies to submit bids to be placed on our framework of qualified suppliers for the design work . Throughout the year the Council and partners stated in the contract notice have needs to invite designers to pitch for work involving the design of newsletters, banners, display stands and reports for example. The Council is inviting design agencies to pitch to be on the Council’s framework list of prequalified suppliers to call off from for individual jobs.
