Sports facilities operation services

Tender description

The opportunity is for the appointment of a leisure operator to manage 4 leisure facilities throughout the duration of the contract whilst supporting the delivery of a sport and physical activity outreach programme. All will be delivered in conjunction with the council's 5 year plan and leisure strategy. It is anticipated that the core requirements for the services include but are not limited to: The management and operation of four leisure facilities including full maintenance, repair and lifecycle replacement. The development of a programme of outreach activities designed to increase participation in sport and physical activity by the wider community. The programme shall be delivered in partnership with the council's active communities team and be targeted at groups identified by the council. This is being procured under Schedule 3 of the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016.
