Tender description

To provide specialist care at home, independent supported living or community enabling services to vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders in the form of complex, non complex and life course packages. For the Children's element to provide services to enable the council to deliver their statutory duties for disabled children with complex needs and their families in the form of complex, non complex and life course packages. The services requested provide the city council's core offer for disabled children and their families. A small proportion of disabled children/families have elected to ask the council to manage their personal budget and as such providers are required to deliver the services specified. The services requested provide the city council's core offer to disabled people and their families and also to provide specialist care at home, independent supported living or community enabling services to vulnerable people with learning disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders for the Life Course Non Complex.
