Tender description

Care at Home is a support service for older people in their own home or residence. The service is subject to eligibility criteria and assessment and referral. The service provider must be registered with the Care Inspectorate to provide Care at Home services. ‘Live Well in Later Life’, Edinburgh's Joint Commissioning Plan for Older People, sets out a commitment ‘to support people to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible’ and ‘deliver day services that support people to continue to live in the community’.
