This is an OPEN procedure and open to all suppliers. This tender is to source a list of people who go recreational sea fishing in the UK, and which is as representative as possible of the total population of people who fish recreationally for sea fish, for the purposes of selecting a panel of up to 1000 people to complete a diary during 2017 to record all their marine recreational fishing activities, catches, and expenditure.
