Tender description

Runnymede Borough Council, held a secondary competition conducted under the framework agreement reference 203 established by the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (‘ESPO’). The tender exercise was therefore limited to those suppliers who are included in the framework agreement. This service requirement is for the delivery of a Community Alarm Telecare Monitoring and Administration Software/Hardware Platform. The core clients served by this contract are service users who have Telecare Alarm equipment supplied and monitored by the Council over 24 hours per day/365 per year.
