Tender description

NHS Property Services Ltd (NHS PS) is inviting Proposals for the provision of services via a Framework for Temporary Labour and Permanent Recruitment Services. It is the authorities intention to self-manage its Labour and Recruitment services. Data provided for 2015/2016 shows that the estimated expenditure for Temporary Labour and Permanent Recruitment Services was 16 500 000 GBP. A continued programme towards Permanent recruitment is planned which will directly impact reliance on Temporary Labour. There are approximately 400 temporary staff / specialist contractors currently engaged within NHS PS. Indicative analysis shows that these are equally divided across Lots 1-4 (100 posts each Lot) with a handful of senior Executive roles in Lot 5. The Authority is seeking, through this procurement process, to appoint 1 or more service providers per Lot, to provide a Temporary Labour Solution and Permanent Recruitment Services throughout England.
