Doncaster Council intends to contract with Northgate Public Services for a new contract to replace its existing agreement for the provision of an Electronic Document and records Management Solution. The council has published this VEAT notice and intends to award a contract to Northgate Public Services following the expiry of 10 full calendar days after expiry of this notice. Doncaster Council currently has a contract with Northgate Public Services UK Limited for their Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) system called Information@work Information@work is a line of business application currently used to track and store electronic documents across the organisation. In addition, it is used to support a number of workflow processes and records management polices and also integrates with several other corporate line of business applications.
