PCU Fast Track Services ITT (re-tender)

Tender description

The Partnership Commissioning Unit, working on behalf of the three NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in North Yorkshire, is reviewing its current process for commissioning adult Fast Track Continuing Health Care services across North Yorkshire. For those patients with a rapidly deteriorating condition that may be terminal the Fast Track process was set out in the National Framework to enable immediate provision of NHS Continuing Care and it is the PCU’s intention to ensure that we continue to commission care that improves patient safety and quality.
