Tender description

Northamptonshire County Council (the “Authority”) wishes to invite Tenders for the supply of Person Centred Services in Residential Care and Nursing Homes. The Preferred Provider(s) will be responsible for providing these Services and liaising closely with the Contract Manager identified by the Authority. The Tender is for the Provision of Person Centred Services for each Service User placed within Residential and Nursing Care Homes under the following age bands: • Adults aged 18-64 • Adults aged 65+ and under the following Service specialisms listed below: • Older People • People with Learning Disabilities • People with Mental Health Conditions • People with Substance misuse problems • People with Physical Disability • People with Sensory Impairments • People with Dementia • People with Acquired Brain Injury • People with Autism The light touch regime (LTR) applies to the Services under the Northamptonshire County Council Residential Care and Nursing Homes Framework Agreement, as per Public Contracts Regulations 2015; Northamptonshire County Council therefore intends to re-open Northamptonshire County Council Residential Care and Nursing Homes Framework Agreement on an annual basis. The term for the Northamptonshire County Council Residential Care and Nursing Homes Framework Agreement is four (4) years; the proposed start date is 12th December 2016.
