Market engagement: Direct Payment Support Services

Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kingston (RBK) and Kingston Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has a procurement opportunity opening for Direct Payment Support Services. These services assist users of personal health budgets and social care personal budgets by providing the advice and administration that people need to manage their direct payments to meet their care and support needs. RBK and CCG would like to invite you to take part in a Market Engagement event organised with the aim of providing information and support to potential bidders to participate in this procurement opportunity. Your attendance will not be viewed as commitment to bid for services and the information we will provide, although useful, will not disadvantage any supplier that is unable to attend. The event will be held on Monday 5th September 2016, 11.30am - 1pm at Guildhall 1, High Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU (see map attached - please report to the Specific reception desk in Guildhall 1). Tea and coffee will be provided. Please confirm your attendance to commissioning@kingston.gov.uk by 26th August 2016. If you require any further clarity please send your messages via Pro-Contract. The tender will go live on Pro-contract shortly after this Market Engagement event. This contract would begin in April 2017, for three years duration, at a value in excess of £200k per annum. The Council is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in the soft market testing exercise. Any procurement of any services, supplies or works by the Council in due course will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions in the UK and EU Procurement Regulations.
