Tender description

Further to the tender exercise (Project Id: DN62828) the Council undertook in 2015 the Council selected a preferred bidder. As discussions have developed it has become clear that a different arrangement then advertised is now proposed. The main difference is a move away from a FRI (full repairing and insuring lease) to an IRI (internal repairing and insuring lease). As this is different from what was previously advertised the Council is advertising the opportunity to check that no other organisation is interested in the opportunity on this basis. If you are interested Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations who can demonstrate the capability to effectively manage and develop the community centre for the benefit of the local community.
