The Council is looking for a Service Provider who will provide a full range of social care activities to meet the needs and outcomes specified in each Service User’s Individual Service Agreement (ISA) or Personalised Support Agreement (PSA) and to ensure that these activities are flexible to meet the changing needs of the Service User on a day to day basis.
