Tender description

The Service will provide help and support to individual residents of Cheshire East, who have a housing related need. It will cover a wide range of activities and behaviours, including; homelessness prevention; assistance with life skills; budgeting; maintaining tenancies; arranging repairs to enable people to remain in their own home and helping people to understand the consequences of their actions, for example, getting along with neighbours; coping with rent arrears and avoiding eviction. This Service will contribute towards the strategic objective of ensuring good emotional health and wellbeing of residents in Cheshire East with housing related support needs. The contract will be divided in to 3 Lots and bidders may tender for a maximum of 2. Non-statutory homeless units [Mixed gender with complex needs] Accommodation units for women with qualifying support needs Accommodation units / 1 emergency bed for care leavers / cared for children aged 16-24 and young single homeless people [up to 18 years old] Floating Support [Move on resettlement / Direct Referrals] Weekend Floating support for statutory homeless hostel. Non-statutory homeless units [Mixed gender with complex needs] Accommodation units for women with qualifying support needs Floating Support [Move on resettlement / Direct Referrals].
