Tender description

This is a contract notice for 2 LOTS of service provision across Hampshire (one contract per LOT) of Extra-care service provision. LOT 1 (Eastleigh) consists of service provision at 4 extra-care schemes. LOT 2 (New Forest) consists of service provision at 3 extra-care schemes. The Council is commissioning services that — Provide stability and consistent availability of service provision, including at night. — Provide consistently good quality care — Ensure individuals' safety, protection from harm, and social inclusion.— Work effectively with those seeking to access extra-care, scheme accommodation providers, the District and County Councils to facilitate effective and appropriate access. Both contracts will have an initial term of 4 years with scope at the Authority's discretion for periods of extension in respect to LOT 1(Eastleigh) not exceeding 2 years & 7 months in total, and in respect to LOT 2 (New Forest) for periods of extension not exceeding 2 years & 6 months' in total.
