Tender description

In addition to a public contract for current requirements this project will also include a framework to be used for future requirements. Framework membership will be awarded on the basis of a bidder scoring a minimum of 60 % for the non-commercial (quality) element of their ITT tender submission. Successful framework providers will be ranked in order of their quality score with the highest score ranked number 1, the 2nd highest score ranked number 2 and so on.
