Please note this Pin is Not a Call for Competition and a Full Contract Notice will be Published in due course in relation to the Proposed Procurement. The London Borough of Hackney (The Council) anticipates undertaking a procurement exercise for its Carers services across Hackney. The purpose of the proposed procurement exercise will be to appoint a provider who has the relevant skills and experience to deliver Carers services in Hackney. The service provides a carers coordination service and a carers assessment, review and support service for all Hackney residents aged 18 years and over, who identify themselves as a carer of someone aged 18 years and over. This PIN contains details of the Council's prospective requirements; as far as their details are known at this time. Full details will be confirmed within any Contract Notices which should be referred to for further information. The Council anticipates that this procurement may include lots. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice is not a Call for Competition. It is anticipated that the contract will be effective from summer 2017, but this date is subject to change. The overall spend on the Carers services in Hackney is estimated to be 370 650 GBP per annum.
