Please Note this PIN is Not a Call for Competition and a Full Contract Notice will be Published in due course in relation to the Proposed Procurement. The London Borough of Hackney (The Council) anticipates undertaking a procurement exercise for its supported living services across Hackney for the provision of housing-related support for vulnerable people, including older people, homeless people, people with mental health needs and people with learning disabilities. This procurement is for a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). The purpose of the proposed procurement exercise will be to appoint a number of providers who have experience in the delivery of housing-related support including support in budget management, improving health and well-being, increasing social and community engagement and support into education, training and employment. For accommodation-based services, bidders will be required to state the premises to which they have access from where they will deliver support. This PIN contains details of the Council's prospective requirements; as far as their details are known at this time. Full details will be confirmed within any Contract Notices which should be referred to for further information. It is anticipated that this procurement may include lots. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice is not a Call for Competition. It is anticipated that the contract will be effective from Summer 2017, but this date is subject to change. The overall spend on the supported living services in Hackney is estimated to be 4 600 000 GBP per annum.
