The Regenda Group is made up of Regenda Homes and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Redwing Living (private rented properties, leasehold and apartment block management and shared ownership and sales), M&Y Maintenance and Construction and McDonald Property Rentals in Lancashire, which is a subsidiary of Redwing Living. The Regenda Group is procuring fire safety services which will fulfil all statutory and regulatory requirements such as the Fire Regulatory and Reform Order 2005 and with standards that adhere to the relevant British standards. The Services will cover all aspects relating to Fire alarms, fire detection, fire fighting equipment, fire protection and emergency lighting. Fire services lot to include- Fire alarm service and maintenance, Emergency lighting Service and maintenance, Smoke Detection Service and Maintenance, Fire Equipment Service and maintenance, Keyholding (where applicable) all services to be compliant with relevant British standards. Servicing and maintenance of lightning protection for the applicable group assets. To undertake weekly and monthly testing of applicable fire alarm equipment and emergency lighting. To comply with relevant British Standards.
