Tender description

Dublin City Council is interested in exploring energy conservation measures for three leisure centres by way of an Energy Performance Contract (EPC). EPC is the provision of energy services with a guaranteed outcome. This means that the successful candidate will provide Dublin City Council with a contractual guarantee of achieved savings and return on investment. For the purposes of this contract, Dublin City Council proposes to enter into a competitive dialogue procurement process (for which candidates must pre-qualify). Dublin City Council is seeking to identify the most appropriate energy conservation measures for all three buildings in question that will secure guaranteed improved energy performance outcomes. The energy conservation measures will be implemented by means of an EPC for which the candidate will provide an energy performance guarantee to Dublin City Council.
