Tender description

ESPO wishes to create a four year multi supplier framework agreement for the provision of Half Hourly Electricity Meter Operator and Data Services. The framework will be divided into three lots: As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; Any Public Body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament. Full details of the classification of end user establishments and geographical areas is available on: http://www.espo.org/About-us-%281%29/FAQs/Legal Half Hourly Electricity Meter Operator Service: the installation, commissioning, testing, operation and maintenance on a rental, pay annual basis or purchase basis of a meter and communications link to meters covered by Codes of Practice 3, 5, 10 and any meter(s) impacted by future legislative change. Such meters should also have the capability for import/export provision. Data Collection / Aggregation Services: The retrieval, validation, estimation and processing of half-hour data for the purposes of Settlement and or aggregation. A combined service of Lot 1 and Lot 2 priced together for a combined service offering: — Lot 1 — Half Hourly Electricity Meter Operator Service: the installation, commissioning, testing, operation and maintenance on a rental, pay annual basis or purchase basis of a meter and communications link to meters covered by Codes of Practice 3, 5, 10 and any meter(s) impacted by future legislative change.
