Tender description

Dudley MBC's Housing Services as a Landlord have overall responsibility to ensure that all documentation associated with the gas servicing and installations of all gas appliances, pipework, meters, chimneys and flues comply with the Health & Safety Regulations (1974) and the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations (1998) and any amendments that may occur. It is essential that this legal documentation is validated to ensure compliance. This is the Landlord's obligation and a completely separate process to that carried out by the Contractor. As part of the validation process the consultant will also comment and recommend any follow up works required to be carried out by the Contractor.
