Tender description
The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) now requires the services of a Consultancy firm with expertise in civil and marine engineering to prepare a Preliminary Report that will involve the preparation of a Cost Benefit Analysis Report and to prepare a new Planning Application/EIS submission for the Rossaveel Harbour Development. The project involves the following broad parameters; • Provision of 200m long quay wall with associated deck area behind new structure. • Dredging for a turning circle to 8m Chart Datum and a berthing pocket to 12m Chart Datum along the new quay wall. • Land Reclamation of approximately 29,453m2. • Adequate road access, hardstanding and parking areas to be provided adjacent to the new quay wall.
