Tender description
Connswater Homes wish to appoint a main contractor for the development a site at the former Dunmurry High School site, located off River Road Dunmurry. The works include the completion of a social housing scheme comprising 98no. units and associated works, to include children's play and relocation of Translink bus termini. Completion works are more comprehensively detailed in the Works Information. All dwellings and dwelling plots are to meet the requirements of DfC Development Guide Design Standards, Lifetime Homes, Secured by Design, DoE Planning Approval Conditions, NI Building Regulations and Transport NI/ NIW Adoption criteria. Estimate construction cost 7 600 000 GBP with a contract period of 18 months.
