Tender description
Access to Care Advice is an innovative approach to give people not eligible for community care provided by the County Council access to care advice, including advising on aids and equipment, telecare, homecare and other support in order to prevent or delay the need for care and support from the Council. The desired outcome is information and insight to gauge the level of interest from potential Providers in the delivery and feasibility of a model of delivery.
