The City and County of Swansea proposes to create a sensitive high-quality residential housing development comprising of 18 No PassivHaus Dwellings with a mix of 8 No 2-storey 1 bedroom semi-detached apartments and 10 No 2-storey 2 bedroom semi- detached houses. And therefore invites you to tender: To design, manufacture, supply and install triple glazed aluminium clad timber windows and doors in accordance with the attached drawings 8815 PL110, 114 and 120 to achieve full Passivhaus and Secure by design accreditation and certification. And is to include the following: External cills Internal Passivhaus Window airtight tape. Hoisting and movement of materials on site including any temporary access as necessary. To undertake works in accordance with the Health and Safety at Works Act.
