Tender description

To provide public health commissioners with a range of agreed validated data for activity that is extracted from primary care practice systems to meet the requirements of the listed service specifications. The required information will be delivered to an agreed timetable and format to ensure that arrangements with individual practices enable the commissioners to work swiftly and in a targeted way to both pay the practices and target areas for improvement. The provider will report activity for each programme by practice to the commissioner on an agreed basis which provides both monthly and annual data as specified by the programme commissioners.
