Provision of Supply of Water and Wastewater Treatment Chemicals. — Lot 1 — (Specialist process based products) Multiple Supplier on a National basis available to LA's as required. — Lot 2 (3 chemical types with dominant supplier). Contracts awarded per chemical per sub-region limited to 6 of the 7 sub-regions awarded to any 1 supplier subject to price differential limit. — Lot 3 (Multiple Suppliers of generic chemicals). 1 supplier per chemical type per sub-region with limit to number of sub regions awarded per supplier (estimated max 4 sub regions to any supplier per chemical type).
