Tender description

As part of its current Development Strategy, Southern Housing Group (SHG) (the "Authority) is looking to develop approximately 3,500 units for an estimated value of £631m. Majority of units developed will be flats/apartments, with a large proportion of 1 and 2-bed homes. Shared ownership and Private Rented Sector (PRS) will be priority tenures, although we will continue to deliver some homes for affordable rent and open market sale and we will consider starter homes where appropriate. SHG wishes to establish a framework for Technical and construction advisory services to work directly with in house project managers delivering construction projects. We are looking for a combination of specialist and multi-disciplinary practices covering: -Employers Agents. Essential priced options required: Principal Designer, Site Inspector (Clerk Of Works), Quantity Surveyor. Non-essential priced option: Construction Manager. -Architects. Essential priced option required: Principal Designer.
