Tender description
The Family Support Service is a dedicated family support service for families experiencing a high level of need in a range of different areas. Based on a ‘one family, one worker, one plan’ model of care, the service will work intensively and holistically with families, primarily within the home and community, to reduce their needs to universal and additional levels through intensive but time limited intervention. The Service will be aligned to the Government's Troubled Families programme. The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for a period of up to 2 years at the Council's discretion.
