Tender description

This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74. The London Borough of Enfield (the ‘Authority’) is seeking to establish a Select List of Semi-Independent Providers that provide placements and accommodation with or without support to vulnerable Children and young people and care leavers who are currently the responsibility of Enfield Council to enable them to prepare for their independence and reaching their full potential during their transition to adult life The tender process that will be undertaken is subject to the ‘light touch’ procurement regime for social and other specific services in accordance with Section 7 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The London Borough of Enfield (the ‘Authority’) is seeking to establish a Select List of Semi-Independent Providers that provide placements and accommodation with or without support to Children looked after and care leavers who are currently the responsibility of Enfield Council. The Authority is initially seeking to appoint a maximum of 12 Providers for a period of 3 years.
