Road-maintenance works. The works may include but not be limited to the following principal work activities provided by way of example: A. Permanent reinstatement of openings and repairs to defects in footways and carriageways with all types of surfaces (bituminous materials, concrete, brick pavers, flags, kerbs etc.) B. Adjustment/provision drainage installation and maintenance schemes C. Earthworks D. Environmental Works E. Provision and maintenance of fences and pedestrian guardrail. F. Reconstruction of carriageways and footways G. Accommodation works including walls, fencing etc. H. Adjustment/ provision of kerblines I. Small network improvement schemes e.g. Traffic Management Schemes, Traffic Calming Schemes J. Other associated ancillary work Note: Different elements of, or all of the work activities listed above may be responsive type work required to be done within specific time limits. Many of the work activities to be carried out will require the success. Road-maintenance works.
