Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishment Works for Southern Housing Group

Southern Housing Group Ltd are looking to procure a Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishment contract within London and the South. The estimated annual value of the contract is GBP6,900,000.00 and as such the estimated full contract value, if the initial five year contract duration is extended, is GBP69,000,000. PLEASE NOTE ALL ESTIMATED VALUES ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT.This contract is divided into three Lots. It is envisaged that Southern Housing Group will appoint one service provider per lot and enter into contract with three service providers as a result of this procurement, subject to award. However, SHG reserve the right to award two Lots to one contractor, if specific criteria are met, details of which will be provided prior to PQQ closing date.
