Tender description

Rotherham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) (the Commissioner) wishes to establish a panel of qualified providers (the Provider) who can provide consistently high quality, domiciliary care services to adults aged 18 and over who have been assessed as eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare. The Services being commissioned under this accreditation process will be procured via the Any Qualified Service Provider (AQP) model.
