Tender description
Oxford City Council wants to replace the existing paddling pool with a modern water splash feature. It will need to be accessible to all and environmentally sustainable and economical to run. Design considers the visual impact of the system/feature, where its location lies in the middle of the park and to have innovative design features giving the system/feature a purpose in the off-season (Autumn/Winter/Spring). Utilises the current space and meets meets all current health and safety requirements.
