Tender description

The HSC Business Service Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PALS) invites you to respond to this call for tender (cft). The PHA wishes to invite applications from Tenderers to develop and deliver a three year pilot (with the option to extend for two periods of 12 months) Community Active Travel programme to support people living in 12 disadvantaged communities in Belfast to walk and cycle as part of their everyday lives. This initiative will be taken forward as part of the Belfast Active Travel Plan which was developed by the Belfast Strategic Partnership. The Service Specification outlines the service requirements including the background to the project.
