Tender description

This engagement is to enable the Contracting Authority to implement a the future strategy for Primary Medical Care in Hull of which the APMS contracts are seen as important service hubs in the city. An Invitation to Tender for 8 APMS contracts will be published within the next 6 months, and the responses gained by communicating with the market to Request Information will form the bases of our procurement approach. In line with the vision set out within NHS England's 5 Year Forward View, Hull CCG has developed a strategy for sustainable list based primary care as the foundation of out of hospital services. Under the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 contracting authorities must consider: How what is proposed to be procured might improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of the relevant area and How, in conducting the process of procurement, it might act with a view to securing the improvements.
