Tender description

A rigid four glove gassing isolator is required for preparation of parenteral nutrition and batch manufacture of aseptically prepared drugs within the aseptic unit of the Pharmacy Department at the Royal Gwent Hospital. The gassing technology provides greater sterility assurance to the components used in the manufacturing process. There is a requirement from the MHRA to provide this assurance to all products made aseptically. The isolator should extract to the external environment and should provide for (1) a processing main chamber working at positive pressure with respect to the cleanroom and providing uni directional air flow (UDAF). (2) provide integrated H2O2 generator with PC control also integrated with isolator.
